Rebuilding lives. Restoring identity. Creating pathways to take flight.
O/X Society Collective
Who We Serve
O/X Society Collective supports individuals and communities navigating major life transitions, including:
Justice-involved adults returning to their communities
Young people at risk of entering the justice system
Individuals rebuilding after trauma, poverty, addiction, or instability
Families working toward restoration and reunification
Adults seeking workforce development and economic mobility
Women rebuilding after divorce, betrayal, caregiving, or major life change
Emerging leaders seeking personal and professional development
Organizations serving historically excluded or under-resourced communities
"Being X'd out does not mean a person's story is over."
It may simply mean they have not yet been given the right environment, education, opportunity, or support to rise.
At O/X Society Collective, we help people rebuild from the inside out so they can take flight.
BE A CATALYST FOR IMPACT
Join the Movement
Transformation does not happen through one person, one program, or one organization alone. It happens when education, opportunity, community, and belief come together.
Whether you are an individual ready to rebuild, an organization seeking stronger programs, an employer creating pathways to opportunity, or a donor committed to lasting impact, there is a place for you within the O/X Society Collective.
Together, we can help people who have been X'd out of society rise, rebuild, and take flight.
